Daniel A. Cole envisioned a Salon in Charlotte that rivaled the innovation and cutting edge techniques he learned and performed in California. Upon his arrival, he immediately opened Alan Daniels Salon. For over eight years Alan Daniels Salon has grown and become an enviable hair services salon in the Ballantyne/South Park area.

Alan Daniels Salon won the distinguished REDKEN Salon of the Year Award and each stylist station was equipped with individual consoles allowing clients to be up-to-date on current styles, techniques and coloring options. These consoles are interactive and client friendly providing “edu-style bits” useful hints and “did you know” details.

The vision of the new owners, Anthony R. Roberts and Debra L. Rhino continues. With our first Salon in Northwest Charlotte, we are ready to assume operating an established salon with exceptional client services and history.  Our focus is client satisfaction through exceptional hair care, exemplary customer service, innovation of services, techniques and talented stylists.
 
Tony’s background is in finance and accounting. Debra’s is marketing, sales and operations. Combined we offer a total package in the hair service industry. We may not be talented stylists, but we know one when we embrace one. At Alan Daniels we have talent.
 
We value the team at Alan Daniels Salon as they offer a variety of tools and skill sets.  Alan Daniels Salon continues to provide the best in quality and healthy hair care services. Our goal is to educate our stylists in the most aggressive styles and cutting-edge techniques so our clients can benefit.
 
Stylists looking to join Alan Daniels Salon are required to enter an on-site training with our Trainer, so they can incorporate our service etiquette at all times.
